CARNEGIE, PA -- February 7, 2002 -- We are pleased to announce that CAL Co., Ltd. of Yokohama Japan has joined the NeuralWare distributor team and will be offering our products and technical support immediately.

   Akiyasu Tajima, Deputy Director of the System Sales Department, recently spent a week in Pittsburgh to visit the NeuralWare offices and to participate in a training course. CAL then hired a Technical Support Manager, Katsuaki Ryu who has also participated in our training course and is assisting us with the Japanese localization of our software. With this expertise in place, we expect to improve technical support and the sales needs of NeuralWare customers in Japan.
