Wuhan, China and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- March 28 2009 – Jack Copper, NeuralWare CEO, presented a paper titled "Predicting Wind Farm Electricity Output: a Neural Network Approach" at the 2009 Asia Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference in Wuhan China. Co-authors of the paper are Alin Bacieu and Dennis Price of FirstEnergy Solutions. The annual APPEEC conference is the leading venue in the Asia Pacific region for introducing and discussing the latest technologies and best practices for generating, transmitting, and distributing energy. While the majority of attendees are managers, operators, and strategic planners from the Asia Pacific region, the conference draws attendees from around the world for three days of in-depth discussions of the challenges of providing increasing amounts of energy while also diminishing the environmental impact of energy production, transmission, and distribution.
