Commercial Licensing Terms

Please note that this is an overview of NeuralWare commercial and governmental license terms. The actual license (in Adobe® Acrobat® pdf format) is available for downloading.

In general, NeuralWare software and derivative works created with NeuralWare software are licensed for use by a single user on a single computer (in other words, NeuralWare software is licensed on a "per seat" basis). NeuralWare software cannot be run by concurrent users in a server environment.

When NeuralWare software is installed on a computer, the first time the software is run a dialog box appears in order to allow the user to enter a License Key. The dialog box displays information about the computer which NeuralWare uses to generate a License Key that links the particular software package to the specific computer.

Derivative works that contain NeuralWare software and/or source code generated by NeuralWare software are also licensed only for use on the computer which has the original NeuralWare product installed, unless additional license fees are paid. License fees for deploying NeuralWare software or derivative works depend on such factors as the type of application, the number of users, and whether or not the application is for academic or commercial use.

The NeuralWare Software License Agreement is available online.

Please contact license@neuralware.com if you have questions about NeuralWare's software license terms.
